This 3BR/3BA end unit is available for Saturday to Saturday rental only during spring break and summer. Sleeps 8: King, Queen, 2 Twins, Queen sleeper sofa. This end unit has an open living room and dining room overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The living room has new furniture, including a new queen sleeper sofa & flat screen TV and wireless internet. The kitchen, featuring granite countertops, breakfast bar and new stainless steel appliances, is open to the living and dining areas. You can see the ocean from the kitchen too! The Master Bedroom overlooks the gulf and lagoon pool. It has a king bed with mission style furniture, flat screen TV, and large walk-in closet. Relax in the spa-like bathroom that offers a jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and double vanity sinks. The master bedroom has private access to the balcony. The unit has carpeted bedrooms with tile elsewhere. The Second Bedroom has a queen bed, light mission style furniture, flat screen TV, & private bath with a shower/tub combination. The Third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a flat screen TV. It has access to a third full bath. It shares a small patio with the second bedroom. Watch the beachcombers in the morning and the sunsets in the evenings from the comfort of the full length balcony which is perfect for entertaining. Owner will only take Snowbird bookings till March 1st
